I highly recommend using Best Care medical transportation, if you need transport for yourself or family and friends. We used the company for my husband, who is wheelchair bound. First, I’d like to say that I was so pleased with the service on our repeated trips that I asked if I may leave a review, rather than the review being solicited as is often the case with others. The company is extremely responsive, rates are competitive, and just all around easy to work with. Other positives are that the band are clean (surprisingly not always the case in another company we used before BestCare). The driver was safe and attentive to the road, friendly and kind to my husband and, most importantly, reliable for pick up at both ends. I will look forward to continuing to use this company. Really great company that is personable and caring. This was very important when needing to arrange transportation for my mom from Leesburg to Fairfax.  The owner accompanied my mom and held her hand providing comfort when I could not be there. Very communicative and quick to respond. This place has been such a godsend and so wonderful with my elderly mother. They answer the phone and return texts, and you speak with a real person who is kind and considerate. Their drivers have been great. My mother has limited mobility and they have accommodated everything she needs, and have really put my mind at ease when arranging transport. We used Best Care to transport my mom (who has ALZ) from DCA to her new home at a local Memory Care facility. The driver was excellent and did a fantastic job. He was extremely careful in everything he did, from moving mom into the van to securing the chair without making any load noises. He was gentle with her and kind to us. When he was driving, his professionalism showed in the way he stayed alert and didn’t make any sudden movements, despite the traffic around DCA. I used BestCare Medical Transport for my Mother. She is disabled. I have 18 steps. They did a Chair Lift with my Mother to go to an Appointment.

We've been using BestCare Medical Transport regularly for my father's recent health issues. They are reliable, flexible, thorough with safety, pay attention to details, and have a human touch. We tried a few other services but felt more like public transportation. BestCare navigated some tight quarters and a stair lift at home carefully and put in the extra effort to make sure all was set at his appointments whenever they dropped him off. Best Care Transport was incredible in supporting my father’s transportation needs. Their team showed genuine compassion and empathy, along with flexibility and reliability, even with last-minute changes and emergency situations. They had a range of vehicles and wheelchairs to accommodate his changing mobility needs, which made a huge difference. We used Best Care Medical Transport in order to take my mother to her doctor's appointment. They came a little earlier than expected for pickup, but patiently waited for us to be ready. They carefully took her in her wheelchair down the front steps because we were not able to clear the snow/ice away from our stairlift chair. It was a cold day and they put her quickly into the warm waiting van...there were seats for our CNA and myself as well. Dropped us off at the doctor's office on time for arrival. They were waiting for us at the end of the appointment (we went later than expected) and brought us home...carefully getting my mother with her wheelchair up the front steps and in the house.
Their price is easonable for what I expected...upfront about price and possible extra charges if needed.
We will definitely continue using their services.
